Additionally, we offer long-standing experience in administrative law as well as expertise in family law mediation. Above that, we have many years of experience in administrative law. Concerning matters of family law, we offer mediation with the intention of settling disputes out of court.

Fees



Settlement shall be made on the basis of the value of the property (or the amount in dispute) on the basis of the Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz (RVG - Lawyers' Fees Act) in its currently valid version or on the basis of a fee agreement.

In the case of destitution, we also represent clients after presentation of a certificate of legal advice aid (Beratungshilfeschein) or in the case of judicial representation within the framework of legal aid via the state treasury (Prozesskostenhilfe).

If a legal expenses insurance policy exists, we will, if desired, take over the correspondence and, if necessary, settle directly with the insurance company, provided that a cover note has been issued from there beforehand.
